Setups will be done at least the day before your event and tear downs the day after. May need to adjust some depending on route schedule.

Unfortunately, the High Peak Frame tents must be installed on grass or pavement. The tent must be staked for appropriate ballasting and we cannot stake through concrete. However, we can stake through asphalt and fill the holes with asphalt repair.
