Here’s what the job actually looks like.
No bait-and-switch. This is an honest look at what a typical Delivery Crew shift feels like from the minute you clock in.
Load up
Show up at the warehouse. Load the truck with the day’s rentals. Get the route briefing from your Team Lead.
Hit the road
Most of your shift is spent in an air-conditioned truck driving between setups around Springfield and the Ozarks.
Set up, stake down, safety check
Talk to the customer, place the equipment, anchor and inspect everything. Most setups are wrapped in about 30 minutes.
Clock out clean
Typical shifts are 8–10 hours. On cleaning days we set items up, clean them out, and put them away. Music is encouraged.

Most of our team is out in the field running events. If you’re not sure where you fit, apply for Delivery Crew — it’s our biggest team and covers the full range of what we do.
Event Delivery Crew
The heartbeat of Jumping Jacks. You load the truck, drive to the event, and set up everything safely — from bounce houses and carnival games to commercial tents for weddings and corporate events. On slower days, you’ll help in the warehouse prepping equipment for the next rush. One job, lots of variety.

- ✓ Valid driver’s license preferred
- ✓ Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in the heat
- ✓ Comfortable learning tent installation under our Master Tent Installer team
- ✓ Show up on time, every time
- ✓ 18+ preferred (16+ considered for some shifts)
Detailer
Right now our delivery crew handles detailing between jobs — but we’re building toward a dedicated detailer team. If you love steady indoor work, have a sharp eye for clean, and want to be part of a growing role, this is for you.

Office / CSR
A different path entirely — you’re the friendly voice of Jumping Jacks. Answer calls, build quotes, and help customers plan events from our office.
