How does the travel fee work?
We travel up to 250 miles from our base. Travel fees vary by distance and are included in your custom quote — no surprises. Most customers find the all-in price is well worth it for the impact a rink creates.
Are Skates Included?
Yes — a wide variety of common sizes come with your rental to accommodate most guests.
Does temperature affect the surface?
Not at all. Synthetic ice performs the same at 70°F as at 30°F. Host a winter wonderland in October — no problem.
Can it be set up indoors?
Yes! Any hard, solid surface works — courts, gym floors, ballrooms. We lay a protective tarp to keep your floors safe.
What about grass or uneven ground?
The rink needs a solid, flat surface. Grass setups are possible with subflooring at additional cost. Call us to walk through your space.
Do I need to be there for setup?
Nope. Once location details are confirmed, our crew handles everything. Just be reachable by phone on arrival day.
What if my event date changes?
Contact us as early as possible and we'll reschedule based on availability. No deposit means less stress on date changes.
