How does the travel fee work?
We travel up to 250 miles from Springfield, MO. Travel fees vary by distance and are included in your custom quote — no surprises. Most customers within 100 miles see fees under a few hundred dollars, and consistently find the all-in price is worth it for the impact the rink creates.
Are skates included?
Yes — a wide variety of common sizes come with your rental to accommodate most guests. No need to source your own.
Does temperature affect the surface?
Not at all. Synthetic ice performs exactly the same at 70°F as it does at 30°F. Host a winter wonderland in October — no problem, no melting, no cancellations.
Can it be set up indoors?
Absolutely. Any hard, solid surface works — gym floors, ballrooms, event halls. We lay a protective tarp to keep your floors safe before the panels go down.
What about grass or uneven ground?
The rink needs a solid, flat surface. Grass setups are possible with subflooring at additional cost. Give us a call and we’ll walk through your specific space to find the right solution.
Do I need to be there for setup?
Nope. Once location details are confirmed, our crew handles everything. Just be reachable by phone on arrival day in case we have questions about the space.
What if my event date changes?
Contact us as early as possible and we’ll reschedule based on availability. Because we don’t require a deposit at booking, date changes are lower-stress than you might expect.
How far in advance should I book?
For holiday season (November–January) we recommend booking 6–8 weeks out minimum. Summer and fall dates typically have more flexibility. When in doubt, check availability now — it only takes 30 seconds.
