Hi! Thanks for visiting Jumping Jacks. Many of you have heard about us but don’t know much about us. That’s what this page is for. The name (to some degree) has been around since 2002, but has changed ownership a couple times, always keeping it in the “family”. It was started in 2002 by Dan Wells. He bought 1 or 2 bounce houses and began renting them out for a little extra cash. As time went on he grew and began to buy bigger and better units. These new units made it necessary for him to begin following state regulations and get insurance. His goal was to always maintain a safe and fun environment for kids. In 2016, Dan sold the company to a coworker who ran it for 2 years before selling it to me, Chad Burkholder.
I’ve worked for Dan since a few years after he started. At first it was just a way for my younger self to make some money. Little did I know that I would purchase the company in 2018. In the beginning, I didn’t think much would amount out of it. But in Nov of 2018 I attended one of the nations largest expos and met several operators around the US that have helped light a fire in me to be the best company around for your inflatable and party needs. I enjoy every day I work and most of all, talking to each of you. My delivery crew hates when I’m with them because I talk more than I help.
Since 2018, we have reviewed Missouri’s and ASTM standards to increase the safety of our equipment for our users. I have attended several seminars and lectures both in person and online to bring you the best experience you can possibly have. One of them lead us to our new (as of 2020) rental structure which removes hourly rental rates. You are no longer restricted by hours, but instead days.
The majority of our items are available for up to 3 days for the displayed price. Some larger items are still restricted to a single day or a few hours. But they are ones that are intended for longer durations at a residential event.
Ultimately, we want to give you the best experience for the best value. We’ve done over 1500 birthday parties, church events, school field days, carnivals and other events in the last 3 years.
