The Thrill Zone package is built around head-to-head challenges that turn strangers into teammates before the event is over. How far in advance should we book the Thrill Zone package?
Welcome week and move-in events book up quickly, especially for late August and early September dates. We recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks in advance to lock in your date. That said, if your event is coming up sooner, contact us anyway — we will always tell you honestly what is available.

What kind of space does this package need?
The full Thrill Zone setup works best with an open outdoor area of roughly 150 by 100 feet, though the layout is flexible and we can work with the footprint you have. A flat quad, open lawn, or large parking lot all work well. If your space has constraints — trees, walkways, tight corners — let us know when you reach out and we will help you figure out the best configuration.

What power does this package require?
The inflatables require standard electrical access for blower motors. Generators are included in the price.

Does Jumping Jacks provide staff, or do we need volunteers?
All inflatables must have volunteers, but if you'd like us to provide attendants, Mark the delivery type as fully staffed.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation, so if your event gets moved, rained out, or cancelled, you are not left holding a financial penalty. To qualify for full refund, cancellations must be made by the morning of delivery.

Can we customize the package — swap out an attraction or add something?
Yes. The Thrill Zone is a strong starting point, but we can adjust the lineup based on your space, your budget, or your crowd. If you want to add concessions option, upgrade to a larger attraction, or swap something out, mention it when you submit your quote request and we will build something that fits. (additional costs may be incured)

How does setup and teardown work on event day?
Our crew handles everything. We coordinate delivery and setup before your event starts so the space is ready when your students arrive. When the event ends, we tear it all down and clear out — no cleanup required from your team. Setup and teardown times vary by configuration, so we will confirm a specific schedule when your event is booked.
