That said, if your date is closer, contact us anyway. We will tell you honestly what is available.

What kind of space does this package require?
Campus Carnival is designed for large outdoor footprints — a campus quad, an open lawn, or a parking area that has been cleared for events. As a general guide, plan for a minimum of 150 by 150 feet to run all zones comfortably with good crowd flow, though our team will work with you on your specific layout during planning. We will confirm exact spatial requirements when we put your quote together.

Does Jumping Jacks provide staff, or do we need student volunteers?
All staffed attractions — including the mechanical bull and the concessions booth — are operated by Jumping Jacks crew. You do not need to recruit volunteers to run the equipment. Your team is free to focus on the guest experience. Student volunteers are welcome to help with general event coordination, but none are required to operate the rentals.

What is your cancellation policy, and what happens if there is bad weather?
We offer free cancellation, so if your event gets postponed or plans change, you are not locked in. For weather-related decisions on event day, we work through that together — we have 20-plus years of experience running outdoor events in the Ozarks, and we will give you an honest read on what works and what does not. Can we add or remove items from the Campus Carnival package?
Yes. The package as listed is our recommended configuration for maximum impact, but we build custom quotes all the time. How does delivery, setup, and teardown work on event day?
Jumping Jacks handles everything. Our crew arrives several hours before your event start time to unload, inflate, and stage every item. Once your event ends, we return to break everything down and load out — you do not need to be present for teardown if your schedule does not allow it. All we ask is that the space is clear and accessible for our vehicles.

Is there a minimum rental duration or guest count for this package?
We do not enforce a strict guest count minimum, but Campus Carnival is built for larger events and delivers the best experience and the best value when guest counts are in the 200-plus range. For rental duration, most campus events run four to six hours, and that is what we plan around by default. If your event runs shorter or longer, mention it in your quote request and we will note it in your custom proposal.
