This tent requires a level or gently sloping ground. We can set up on grass, dirt, or asphalt. The tent is anchored with stakes and guy-lines (for grass/dirt) or weighted bases (for concrete/asphalt). Hard surfaces like parking lots work perfectly. We cannot install on unstable ground or areas with underground utilities—site inspection required.

What weather can it withstand?

The premium canvas provides excellent protection against rain and moderate winds. The tent meets safety standards for wind speeds up to 35+ mph, depending on setup and anchoring. During severe weather alerts (lightning, extreme wind), we recommend having an evacuation plan. We do not recommend this tent for hurricanes or tornado warnings. Can we have sidewalls and heating/cooling?

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for peak seasons (spring & fall). For weddings, 3-6 months' advance notice gives you priority availability.
