Jumping Jacks has a fast paced yet relaxed environment. We have a lot to accomplish in short bursts of time. However, we like to have fun while doing it. When first hired, it is common for everyone to start as Team Members, but there is a lot of room for advancement. Given past experiences, we make sure everyone is well-trained before sending them into the field as a Team Lead. It is our goal to make sure EVERY customer receives the best experience.

Ok with sweating (A LOT), working hard and
Look comfortably professional (T-shirt and nice shorts with no holes).

Attractions must be set up in a timely manner without taking any shortcuts.

Safety is VERY IMPORTANT.

A Typical Day In The Life Of A Event Rental Installer

We try to never start before 8am, however, there are often times of the year that require us to do so. School field days and project grads have us working all sorts of hours. At the beginning of a delivery shift, we load up all the equipment needed into the trucks and head out. On a typical day, we can deliver 7-10 units in an 8-10 hour shift. Most of the shift is sitting in an air-conditioned truck. When you arrive on site, we talk to the customer about their set up location and get to work. About 30 minutes later, we're rolling out.

On cleaning days we set them up, clean them out and put them up. SUPER EASY! We even listen to music while we clean
(approved by all).

Everyone loves to joke around with each other, but in the end, we are all on the same team and must be able to work together.

*Employment is typically seasonal between Easter and Halloween.
