Weather is a hard thing to navigate for outdoor events and parties. When should you cancel? Will you get a refund for something you couldn’t control? How will the company I rent from handle it?
All of these are very important questions. In this video, I aim to help you understand how Jumping Jacks handles weather.
In general we have 2 rain policies, one is for larger events, and one is for residential events. Although, our residential policy will trump the large event policy should you want to go through with the event.
The key is good communication. Stay in contact and we can work together to navigate the weather.
