The right tent size depends on your guest count, event style, and whether you need extra space for a dance floor, buffet, or bar. For a seated dinner, plan for roughly 10–12 sq ft per person. For a cocktail-style event, 6–8 sq ft per person works well. Always add extra square footage if you need space for a dance floor, DJ setup, or catering station. The best approach is to call us with your guest count — we’ll recommend the right tent for your specific event in a few minutes, at no charge.

Pole tents use center and perimeter poles staked into the ground — they require grass or soft soil, and the center poles are visible inside the tent. They’re typically more affordable for large coverage areas and have a classic cathedral look.

Frame tents use a metal frame with no center poles, opening up the full floor space. They can be installed on concrete, asphalt, or hard surfaces using weighted anchors instead of stakes — making them the right choice for patios, parking lots, and driveways.

High peak tents are available in both styles and feature dramatic peaked rooflines that look stunning at night when lit with string lights or uplighting.

Yes — our frame tents are specifically designed for hard surfaces. They use weighted anchoring systems instead of ground stakes, making them safe and stable on concrete, asphalt, and pavers. Classic pole tents require soft ground for staking, so if your venue has a hard surface, a frame tent is the right choice. We’ll confirm the best option for your specific venue when you request a quote.

Tents over 400 square feet in Springfield may require a permit from the City of Springfield Fire Marshall’s office — this typically applies to larger tent setups. Requirements vary by location and event type. We’ll advise you on what’s needed for your specific setup when you request your quote, so there are no surprises.

Sidewalls are available as an add-on and are highly recommended for any outdoor event in Southwest Missouri — Greene County averages 42 inches of rain annually. Sidewalls take about 15 minutes to install and provide critical weather protection, privacy, and help retain heat or AC. They can be partially raised or removed entirely during good weather for airflow. Ask about sidewalls when you request your quote.

We offer free cancellation — if you need to cancel for any reason, we’ll work with you to make it right. If severe weather makes the tent unsafe on your event day, we’ll contact you at least 2 hours before installation to arrange an alternative date or a full refund less any aquired permitting fees. We work with you — not against you.

For spring and fall weddings and large events, we recommend booking 8–12 months out — those dates fill fast, especially fall weekends in the Ozarks. Summer weekends often book out by March. For smaller events and off-peak dates, a few weeks is usually plenty. We accept reservations as late as the day before, subject to availability — but earlier is always better for tent bookings.

Every tent rental includes professional delivery, installation, and teardown by our crew. The tent itself, all poles or frame components, and anchoring hardware are part of the rental. Sidewalls, tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, and climate control are available as add-ons. We recommend asking for a complete quote upfront so you know exactly what’s included before signing anything.
