Yes — always. Every mechanical bull rental from Jumping Jacks Events includes a professional, trained operator at no extra charge. They manage the ride speed, monitor rider safety, and assist anyone who wants to give it a try.
Is it safe for kids and older adults? ▼
Absolutely. The bull comes with a fully padded safety arena surrounding it. Our operator adjusts speed based on each rider's age and experience — gentle for kids, challenging for the brave adults who think they can handle it!
How much space does it need? ▼
The mechanical bull with its padded arena typically requires approximately a 20×20 foot flat area. Our setup team will assess your space to ensure a safe and optimal configuration before the event begins.
Can we turn it into a competition? ▼
Absolutely! Our bull has 3 automatic timing modes so riders can compete for the longest ride. Many clients give out prizes for the top riders — it becomes the highlight of the whole event.
What if the weather is bad on my event day? ▼
We work with you, not against you. If the weather forces a cancellation for safety reasons, we'll reschedule or provide a full refund. We'll contact you the day before and morning-of if there are concerns. The mechanical bull works both indoors and outdoors.
